LIVE CHAT POLICY

Live chat allows you to chat with an experienced customer service representative in real time, using your Web browser. This means that there are no delays in getting the help you need.

To chat, simply click on a Customer Service Live Chat icon and a small window will open on your screen. After a moment, a representative will introduce him or herself. Simply type in your question, hit the submit button and begin your conversation. Remember, unlike email, there are no delays with live chat so you receive an immediate answer.
